This brass flat bar has material number 2.0321 and consists of approximately 6264% copper and about 3437% zinc. The proportion of accompanying components is approximately 0.5%. The brass flat bar is excellent to process: it has good weldability and very good soft- and hard-solderability. The material also offers very good cold forming and polishability and is very suitable for electroplating. CuZn37 has good corrosion resistance and remains stable in water and various salt solutions. Material 2.0321 is diamagnetic.
