Light brown color. Non-marking. 92 Shore A. Elastic, abrasion-resistant, with high cut and tear resistance. Non-discoloring on contact, floor-protective, quiet-running, with low rolling resistance and very good chemical bonding to the wheel body. Wheel body: Made of gray cast iron. Very robust, with a bore and keyway according to DIN 6885. Painted silver. The GTHN series consists of heavy-duty wheels with a permanently cast Blickle Extrathane tread on a robust gray cast iron wheel body. The wheel bodies are protected against environmental influences by paint and are silver in color. The hub has a bore and keyway according to DIN 6885. When used as end wheels, the load capacity of the axle stubs must be taken into account when dimensioning them. Blickle Extrathane is a reaction-cast polyurethane elastomer. Blickle Extrathane is a polyurethane based on polyester polyol, diisocyanate, and glycol. Its high elasticity modulus and high shear modulus provide high load capacity and high resilience, meaning low permanent deformation during extended periods of use. It also offers very good abrasion, cut, tear, and propagation tear resistance, as well as low heat generation under dynamic loads.
