Description

• Primarily for bonding thick PP, PMMA, ABS, PVC, veneer, and thick veneer edges to wood-based panels.
• Alternative edge-processing solution without an expensive machine, PU glue contamination of the panel coating, or contact-adhesive solvent vapors.
• White when applied and dries transparent.
• Medium viscosity (6,0008,000 mPas), very high initial adhesion, and fast setting.
• pH value: 4.55.5.
• Suitable for pre-primed veneer and thick veneer edges; roughening the edge material before bonding is generally recommended.
• Reaches maximum bond strength quickly; depending on application, wood failure may occur after approximately 30 minutes when the bond is forcibly separated.
