Impact-resistant, waterproof Xtreme hose with 3/8-inch quick connection, EN 250 certification, and patented original MIFLEX2 design. Made in Italy. The polyurethane air chamber features a double braid. The chrome-plated brass tube fittings are 100% tested. Xtreme-series hose fittings were developed in cooperation with experienced divers to provide high performance during dives. A team of Miflex 2 technicians analyzed the weaknesses of currently used low-pressure hoses and developed solutions that led to the Xtreme series. Xtreme hoses have an outer nylon braid designed to resist abrasion. The patented double-braid system also protects against UV rays, providing additional protection against aging. Unlike conventional hoses, the nylon braid of the Xtreme hose is not fitted over the tube; it is braided directly onto the tube and secured with stainless-steel or brass sleeves. The result is high performance and durability in extreme conditions. If a knot is tied in the Xtreme hose, airflow remains continuous. The Xtreme hose also reaches burst pressures more than twice those of conventional hoses. The nylon braid provides excellent abrasion resistance and helps reduce leaks in emergency situations due to its natural tendency to close around punctures, supporting pressure monitoring. Production is carried out on fully automated lines designed and built in-house. Quality controls were given high priority during their construction and are performed automatically on 100% of production. The most advanced lines perform more than 30 checks on each individual hose. All nonconforming products are automatically removed from the same production line.
