ESG Satinato / milk glass / frosted glass: custom-cut frosted glass panels, 10 mm tempered, with rounded corners. Custom sizes up to 220 x 240 cm (2200 x 2400 mm), with ground and polished edges. ESG single-pane safety glass is thermally tempered, making it considerably more stable than standard glass, particularly under impact and bending loads. It is also less sensitive when hot objects, for example, are placed on a glass tabletop. If it breaks, ESG disintegrates into small glass granules, reducing the risk of injury. For these reasons, ESG single-pane safety glass is used for applications such as tabletops and glass panels for door and window infills. ESG must not be further processed after manufacture, for example by drilling or sawing.
