• Tempered glass without stamp or marking, deviating from DIN EN 12150. Quality glass, made in Germany.

Clear 8 mm tempered glass panels with rounded corners, custom-cut up to 120 x 350 cm (1200 x 3500 mm), with ground and polished edges. Tempered glass without a stamp. Tempered safety glass is thermally toughened, making it considerably stronger than ordinary glass and particularly more resistant to impact and bending loads. It is also less sensitive when hot objects, for example, are placed on a glass tabletop. In the event of breakage, tempered glass disintegrates into small glass granules, minimizing the risk of injury. For these reasons, tempered safety glass is used for tabletops and as glass panels for door and window infills. Tempered glass must not be modified after manufacturing, for example by drilling or sawing.
