6 mm custom-cut tempered Satinato, frosted, or matte glass panels. Custom sizes up to 120 x 190 cm (1200 x 1900 mm), with ground and polished edges and blunted corners. Tempered safety glass (ESG) with an edge stamp. Tempered safety glass is thermally toughened, making it considerably more stable than standard glass, particularly more resistant to impact and bending. It is also less sensitive when, for example, hot objects are placed on a glass table top. If it breaks, tempered safety glass disintegrates into small glass granules, minimizing the risk of injury. For these reasons, tempered safety glass is used, for example, for table tops and as glass panels for door and window infills. Tempered safety glass must not be modified after manufacture, for example by drilling or sawing.
