ESG Satinato / frosted / milky glass: custom-cut, 10 mm tempered glass panels with rounded corners. Custom sizes up to 120 x 260 cm, with ground and polished edges and an edge stamp. ESG single-pane safety glass is thermally tempered, making it considerably more stable than ordinary glass, particularly more resistant to impact and bending loads. It is also less sensitive when hot objects, for example, are placed on a glass tabletop. If broken, ESG shatters into small glass granules, minimizing the risk of injury. For these reasons, ESG single-pane safety glass is used, for example, for tabletops and as glass panels for door and window infills. ESG must not be modified after production, for example by drilling or sawing.
