• ESG marking in accordance with DIN EN 12150, stamped on one glass edge.

10 mm custom-cut ESG Satinato / frosted / matte glass panels. Custom sizes up to 100 x 380 cm (1,000 x 3,800 mm), with ground and polished edges and eased corners. ESG marking stamped on the edge. Tempered safety glass (ESG) is thermally toughened, making it considerably more stable than standard glass, particularly against impact and bending loads. It is also less sensitive when hot objects, for example, are placed on a glass table top. If broken, ESG shatters into small glass granules, minimizing the risk of injury. For these reasons, ESG tempered safety glass is used for table tops and as glass panels for door and window infills, among other applications. ESG must not be further processed after manufacture, for example by drilling or sawing.
