Suitable for temperatures from -180 to 250C in a variety of corrosive media, such as sealing and lubricating seals, and for use with various electrical insulating materials. PTFE gasket: selected for its corrosion resistance, aging resistance, nonconductivity, and other good properties. Material: tetrafluoro powder. Tetrafluoro sheet temperature: -150 to 250C. Pressure: 6.4 MPa. Mainly used with high-purity media. Note: When the temperature is below -185C, Teflon spacers become brittle. The gasket made of pure polytetrafluoroethylene is a clean sealing product that does not come into contact with pollutants and can be widely used in the food, medical, and other industries. It offers a range of outstanding properties: 1) High-temperature resistance: long-term operating temperature of 200260C; 2) Low-temperature resistance: down to -100C; 3) Corrosion resistance: resistant to aqua regia and all organic solvents; 4) Weather resistance: good aging resistance as a plastic; 5) High lubricity: low friction coefficient for the plastic (0.04); 6) Nonstick properties: the solid material has low surface tension and does not adhere to any substance; 7) Nontoxicity: physiologically inert; 8) Excellent electrical performance: an ideal Class C insulation material.
