Excellent nonstick properties, particularly advantageous when used with baking sheets with large openings. Extremely durable and long-lasting, with a lifespan of up to 2,000 baking cycles. Not cut-resistant. Variant: 4, 300 x 400 mm, Macarons. Suitable for rolling out dough, as a base for sugar work, for piping macarons, for freezer use, and for everyday baking.
