Description
- Automatic wire arranging and winding machine for winding coils, ribbons, threads, and fishing line, ready for use.
- Precision of 0.01 mm and winding diameter range of 0.021.0 mm.
- Adjustable speed and winding direction; 2.3 Nm main motor torque, supporting a 10 cm coil diameter and 10 cm left and right cable widths.
- Enter parameters for intelligent coarse and fine adjustments, pause winding at any time, and automatically save parameters.
- Set as many circles as needed, enter the quantity and length of each layer, and let the program process the remaining calculations automatically.
- Left and right buttons switch between function pages; up and down buttons adjust the values, with real-time automatic saving.
- Press the start button to pause. Hold it for 5 seconds to clear the current coil completion values and restart from zero.
- After startup with absolute zero and relative zero, the wire guide searches for absolute zero to the left by default. Place the locator on the left side of the wire guide to help avoid errors.
