Limit plug gauges with an H7 fit. Measuring bodies made from premium gauge steel, hardened, stress-relieved, ground, and lapped. The go sides of these working gauges are manufactured with a wear allowance in accordance with DIN 7164. Tolerances and deviations comply with DIN 1938-1. Marked with the actual size. Up to 41 mm, the go and reject sides are mounted on one handle in accordance with DIN 2240, Part 1, Form R. From 42 mm, the gauge is divided into separate go and reject sides; the reject side is identified in red. Application: Limit plug gauges consist of a go side and a reject side, identified by a red ring. The go side must slide into the workpiece bore under its own weight. The reject side may only start to enter the bore. A reference temperature of 20C applies to workpieces and gauges.
