The Bobolink is enjoyable to build from the very beginning. Thanks to the new construction technique of placing the GFRP fabric mat directly beneath the wood laminate of the fully sheeted surfaces, it features nearly gap-free control linkages without hingesan excellent introduction to DLG flying. The three-axis control system (elevator, rudder, and ailerons) enables highly maneuverable thermal soaring. The fuselage is made from molded GFRP and has a beautiful visible-carbon fuselage spar. The tail surfaces and wings are fully assembled, offering an excellent price-to-performance ratio in its class. Servo tubes for the pull wires are already installed in the wings, and all components are largely prefabricated. For a model builder, assembly can be completed in 12 evenings. Technical data: wingspan: 1,000 mm; fuselage length: 780 mm; weight: approx. 156 g. Recommended components: 2 3.7 g servos, 2 5 g servos, 800 mAh NiMH at 4.8 V or 350 mAh LiPo at 7.4 V with BEC, and a transmitter and receiver with at least 3 channels. Wing plan by art Hobby.
