Density is 2.75 kg/dm. Alloy composition: Si 0.30.6%, Mg 0.350.6%. Tensile strength Rm: 215260 N/mm. 0.2% proof stress Rp0.2: 160230 N/mm. Brinell hardness: HB 7080. Electrical conductivity: 2835 m/( mm). Thermal conductivity: approximately 1.86 W/(cmC). Age-hardened. Machining: turning, milling, drilling, and sawing with cooling. Anodizing: very good.
