Description

• Application: Stir well before use. Apply evenly under suitable environmental conditions, and carefully cover and mask areas not to be coated.
• Substrates: Wood, wood-based materials, metal, iron, steel, zinc, aluminum, other nonferrous metals, rigid PVC, coat-able plastics, and dimensionally stable wood components such as windows and exterior doors.
• Coverage: Approx. 80120 ml/m.
• Variant: 0.75 L container in the mixed C12 111/3 Aquarius color.
• Product benefit: Water-thinnable acrylic dispersion with a low VOC content of no more than 50 g/L; tools can be easily cleaned with water after application.
• Maintenance and cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use with water. For dried residues, use suitable cleaning agents according to the technical data sheet.
• Properties and performance: Acrylic dispersion with inorganic white and colored pigments, organic pigments, and mineral fillers; matte primer and topcoat. Also available in a colorless, glossy finish.
• Standards and testing: BFS Data Sheet No. 26; EN 71-3; DIN 53160-1 and DIN 53160-2.
• Example coating systems: 1 coat Pullex Aqua-IG (5357) and 1 coat Vivido Varicolor (4117); 1 coat Vivido Aqua-Primer Iso (4123) or Vivido Aqua-Primer Iso CT (4162), followed by 1 coat Vivido Varicolor (4117); or 2 coats Vivido Varicolor (4117).
• Application tools: Spray gun with cup, brush, or roller.

Vivido Varicolor C12 111/3 Aquarius 750 ml is a water-based, matte primer and topcoat for interior and exterior use. It is suitable for wood, wood-based materials, metal, rigid PVC, and sound existing coatings, and can be used on dimensionally stable components such as windows and exterior doors. The coating is low-odor, formulated without aromatic solvents, and formaldehyde-free. It offers good strength while remaining permanently elastic. The product also provides pronounced insulating action against wood components. Vivido Varicolor C12 111/3 Aquarius is heat-resistant up to approximately 100C. It dries at room temperature; after a specified period, the coating can be recoated, and it reaches its final hardness after several days. The ready-to-use mixture contains dispersions, pigments, fillers, water, and additives to regulate flow and workability. Its VOC content is well below the permitted limit for this product group.
