Description
- Security and theft protection: Buckle lock, easy to lock and operate, helps prevent unauthorized entry. Lock not included.
- Metal roof hatch: Made of durable 304 stainless steel with high load-bearing capacity. Wind- and sun-resistant for long-term outdoor use.
- Versatile applications: Can be used as a roof window cover, emergency exit cover, basement exit cover, emergency access cover, basement cover, or manhole cover.
- Pinch protection: Two hydraulic support rods allow the hatch to close slowly, helping prevent finger injuries. The rods open the hatch to a maximum angle of 90 degrees.
- Easy installation: The cover plate has pre-drilled holes, and anchors are included. Installation takes only a few minutes. After fastening, the gap can be filled with adhesive to improve watertightness. Adhesive not included.
