System: The XP20S reversible key system has horizontal key insertion and 12 independent locking elements arranged across 3 levels. The key also features an active spring element for technical copy protection. Equipment: Emergency function is included as standard; the cylinder can always be locked, even when a key is inserted on the other side. High-strength SKG**-tested drill protection. Nickel-plated brass keys with design clips and a long 13 mm key neck. Manipulation protection: patented anti-pick and anti-bump key technology using pin-in-pin technology provides high security against intelligent opening methods. Finish: The cylinder surface is nickel-plated. Copy protection is provided through trademark protection and the active spring element in the key. The security card is in EC-card format. Compatible variants for keyed-alike systems include XP2S double cylinders, half cylinders, knob cylinders and external cylinders for rim locks. Keyed-alike versions, allowing multiple cylinders to be operated with identical keys, are available for an additional charge and can be reordered. The cylinder can also be combined with door supplementary locks 7010 and 7030 and with a door bar. Reorder security: Keyed-alike XP20S cylinders and keys can be reordered online at any time using the code. Determining cylinder length: Measure from the center of the threaded hole, where the fixing screw is located, to both sides. The two measurements together give the total length. The outside or inside orientation is irrelevant because the cylinder can be turned as required.
