Description
- Made of 99% aluminum oxide; offers exceptional thermal stability and withstands temperatures above 1,600C.
- Set includes 2 cylindrical crucibles with a bulk density of 3.83 g/cm and apparent porosity below 0.07%.
- To prevent cracking, maintain a heating rate of 4C/min below 1,200C and 3C/min above 1,200C, and use controlled cooling methods.
- Before first use, place the crucibles in a 105C oven for 120 minutes to remove moisture and contaminants.
- Avoid direct flames or localized heating. Do not use gasoline or alcohol burners; ensure uniform heating to maintain crucible integrity.
