Description

  • Bidirectional 8-channel level conversion: converts 5 V input to 24 V output or 24 V input to 5 V output. Each channel has its own DIP switch for selecting the input voltage (5 V or 24 V), making it suitable for mixed-voltage systems.
  • Optocoupler isolation improves noise immunity. The input and output sides are optically isolated with no direct electrical connection, helping block common-mode interference, ground loops, and transient spikes.
  • NPN open-collector output with 100 mA drive capability. The 24 V output can directly drive small relays, indicator lamps, or optocouplers without additional driver circuits. Supports both common-cathode and common-anode inputs and provides a clean square wave with sharp edges suitable for counting.
  • Supports same-level conversion with isolation in addition to 5 V-to-24 V conversion, including 5 V-to-5 V and 24 V-to-24 V level shifting. Useful for isolating sensor signals before they are fed into a controller.
  • 10 MHz maximum frequency for high-speed signals. Supports encoder pulses, step/direction signals for stepper or servo drives, high-speed counter inputs, and more. Each channel operates independently. Compact dimensions of approximately 10.3 7.3 3 cm fit DIN rails or control cabinets.
