Description
- ROBUST & STABLE Made of rust-resistant V2A stainless steel with a 70 mm diameter and 3 mm wall thickness; designed for sun sails with a longest edge of up to 600 cm, an area of up to 30 m, and a maximum fabric weight of 200 g/m. The stainless steel tubes are produced in Germany and processed in the Mnsterland region. Highly load-bearing yacht-grade components and weather- and UV-resistant plastics complete the robust construction.
- QUICK HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT WITH 3 EYE BOLTS Three M10 eye bolts at positions 15 cm, 90 cm, and 165 cm below the top of the post allow each sail corner to be adjusted over a total of 150 cm in two 75 cm steps. Quickly adjust the tilt angle and shade coverage, support rainwater drainage, or lower the sail for cleaning. The 4:1 pulley system makes it easier to loosen, raise, and retension the sail.
- RAINWATER DRAINAGE & SECURE HOLD Lowering one sail corner increases the sails slope, allowing rainwater to drain more easily and reducing the risk of water pockets. The rope is securely locked in the integrated rope clamp of the double pulley and can be easily released for height adjustments. This allows the sail height to be adjusted quickly in rain or when the sun is low.
- FLEXIBILITY & CONVENIENCE The 4:1 pulley set with double pulley and integrated rope clamp makes raising, tensioning, removing, and initially installing the sun sail easier. Applying 15 kg of force to the rope generates 60 kg of pulling force at the respective sail corner. For variants with a 75 cm stainless steel ground sleeve, the posts insertion depth can be adjusted by up to 35 cm during initial installation by filling with gravel; see the product data sheet.
- ACCESSORIES & VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED The set includes 8 m of low-stretch high-performance rope with a breaking load of over one ton, a rope clamp, a double-block pulley, a double pulley with integrated V4A stainless steel rope clamp, and two stainless steel carabiners. The tensioning and fastening materials come from the boat and yacht industry. You also receive access to step-by-step video instructions and help videos for installing your sun sail.
- VARIANTS & GROUND SLEEVE Depending on the selection, the sun sail pole is available in lengths of 2.5 m, 3 m, or 3.5 m, each with or without a 75 cm stainless steel ground sleeve including cover cap. In most areas of Germany, a foundation depth of 80 cm is sufficient. The ground sleeve is intended for installation in a correspondingly deep foundation and is supplied with an additional plastic cover.
