The SF-1 composite bearing consists of a metal substrate, bronze powder, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Size = inside diameter outside diameter length. The 0.300.50 mm modified polyoxymethylene (POM) layer offers high wear resistance. The 0.002 mm copper/tin electroplated coating can provide excellent corrosion resistance for bearing lubrication. The 0.20.35 mm copper powder layer on low-carbon steel provides good load-bearing capacity and thermal conductivity.
