Description
- 45 chamfer mill: 1/2-inch turning tool holder with a round shank, made of 40CrMo alloy and nickel-plated for corrosion protection against rust.
- TCMT32.51 inserts: 60 cutting angle, 0.63-inch blade length, 0.157-inch thickness, and CVD coating; wear- and heat-resistant and less likely to stick to holders or workpieces or break.
- Carbide end mill: 1/2-inch cutting diameter, 1/2-inch shank diameter, 1-inch cutting length, and 3-inch overall length.
- Carbide and AlTiN coating: titanium aluminum nitride coating lubricates the end mill and provides stability at high temperatures and superior wear resistance at high cutting speeds. It offers better heat resistance than TiAlN, TiN, or TiCN coatings.
- Package includes: 1 x 1/2-inch shank chamfering tool holder, 3 x 1/2-inch square carbide end mills, 10 x TCMT32.51 carbide inserts, and 1 x T15 wrench.
