- IS THIS PROTECTION RIGHT FOR YOU? 3 years of additional protection against mechanical and electrical defects after the 2-year statutory warranty expires. Maximum of 3 repairs per year. If the product cannot be repaired, you will receive an Amazon gift card code and the insurance coverage will end.
- Available to residents of Germany or Austria aged 18 and over.
- Full refund if canceled before coverage begins, provided no claims have been submitted. After that, a prorated refund applies, minus any claim costs.
- Important exclusions: loss, theft, damage, cosmetic damage, and lack of due care.
- If you cannot present the damaged product when filing a claim, it will be considered lost and will not be covered.
