180 aluminum pipe elbow made from weldable T6063 AlMgSi for high quality requirements. The pipe ends feature a bead approximately 1 mm high, providing a tight hose connection and secure retention of hose clamps, even under extreme conditions. The high-gloss polished surface gives the aluminum pipe elbows a refined, premium appearance. The product is free from branding and logos and is intended for professional applications and OEMs. Custom requests are available; custom sizes can be manufactured quickly and reliably. Surface options include high-gloss polished bare aluminum or color anodizing. Technical data: bend radius is 1.5 times the outer diameter; outer diameters are selectable from 16 mm to 114 mm; wall thickness is 1.8 mm; operating range is -40C to 300C; maximum permissible pressure is at least 4 bar, see the data sheet; the pipe ends are beaded; suitable for food contact.
