The 37GB31Y electronic starter is a 12V/24V permanent-magnet DC gear motor. For 12V operation, selectable no-load speeds are 10, 16, 30, 47, 60, 90, 140, 260, 420, 800, and 1270 rpm. Rated torque ranges from 1.3 to 35 kgcm, and stall torque ranges from 3 to 35 kgcm. For 24V operation, selectable no-load speeds are 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 20, 26, 30, 38, 47, 60, 62, 90, 116, 140, 180, 260, 350, 420, 555, 800, and 1270 rpm. Rated torque ranges from 0.6 to 35 kgcm, and stall torque ranges from 1.3 to 35 kgcm. The project load should not exceed the rated torque. The motor has a D-shaped shaft; all dimensions are provided in the dimensional table below. Normal operating noise is produced. If your project has operating-noise requirements, consult the seller before purchase. When running in reverse, the operating noise is louder than when running forward, which is normal. The DC connection is described as safe, and testing indicates that the motor voltage is safely below 36V. This motor is suitable for a wide range of micro-automation devices, provided that the selected voltage and torque are suitable for the voltage and load requirements of the project.
