- Maximum of 3 repairs per year.
- If the product cannot be repaired, you will receive an Amazon voucher code and coverage will end.
- Available to residents of Germany or Austria aged 18 and over.
- Full refund if canceled before coverage begins, provided no claims have been filed.
- After coverage begins, a prorated refund is provided less any claim-related costs.
- Important exclusions: loss, theft, damage, cosmetic damage, and lack of care.
- If you cannot present the damaged product when filing a claim, it will be considered lost and will not be covered.
