Product introduction for drawn cup needle bearings: The bearing's outer ring is precision-stamped and formed from a thin steel plate. It has a small installation footprint and high load capacity, making it suitable when installation space is limited and the empty housing bore is not suitable as a raceway. Press-fitting into the bearing seat bore is not required, and no additional axial positioning is needed. The needle bearing is precision-stamped from ST14 steel sheet and treated by high-temperature carbonitriding. It features an extremely low profile height and extremely high load capacity. The raised steel cage guides the G2 needle row, while the outer-ring raceway improves parallelism with the axis. The outer ring of this type of needle bearing is statically connected to the bearing housing and requires no axial fixation. Bearing performance is maintained at high speeds and under heavy loads. Its high grease storage capacity also allows operation without long-life grease. This supports the needle bearing's continuous, flexible rotation and smooth equipment operation.
