High-purity graphite particles are evenly embedded in the inner wall of the bushing, creating a natural self-lubricating system that eliminates the need for lubricant additives, effectively reduces friction, and lowers equipment maintenance costs. With a friction coefficient as low as 0.080.12, it provides stable lubrication even in harsh environments such as high temperatures (-20C to 280C), dust, and moisture. This helps prevent the seizure and wear that can occur in conventional bearings due to insufficient lubrication.
