Midi-Pyrnes is considered one of the most popular regions among tourists. In large parts of the region, Basque culture has been preserved in both language and tradition. French is spoken mainly in Midi-Pyrnes, while some street names are also shown in Occitan. This language is similar to Catalan. Even those less familiar with these two languages can get by well with English throughout Midi-Pyrnes. Many towns and villages in the region feature beautiful old squares and lanes, often with hidden little bistros or cafs inviting visitors to linger. Otherwise, Midi-Pyrnes is a typical French gourmet region. 14 pages consisting of 1 cover, 12 monthly pages with an image and 5 columns for entries, and 1 index page. Cardboard backing. CALVENDO offers a wide selection of family planners with a variety of different motifs, so everyone can find a suitable family calendar.
