Properties: 1. Wide hardness range. Even at high hardness, it retains the elongation and elasticity of rubber. 2. High strength. Compared with rubber, polyurethane has significantly higher tensile strength, tear strength, and load-bearing capacity. At high hardness, its impact and flexural strength are significantly higher than those of plastics. 3. Wear-resistant. Approximately 35 times more wear-resistant than rubber. 4. Oil-resistant. Polyurethane is a highly polar polymer compound with low affinity for nonpolar mineral oils and is only minimally affected by motor oil. 5. Good resistance to oxygen and ozone; it does not oxidize easily. 6. Excellent vibration-damping performance. It can absorb vibrations and be used for vibration isolation and damping. In mold making, it can replace rubber and springs. 7. Easy to machine. It can be processed with lathes, milling machines, grinders, drills, and similar equipment, and can be shaped as needed.
