- The polished, uncoated cutter surface helps prevent sticky aluminum chips and built-up edges, helping prevent scratches on inner hole surfaces.
- Optimized for external flood cooling to quickly dissipate cutting heat and stabilize machining during continuous aluminum processing.
- The spiral flute with enlarged chip pockets enables smooth chip evacuation and effectively reduces chip clogging in soft, ductile aluminum.
- The standard cylindrical shank fits CNC machining centers and CNC lathes; suitable for aluminum housings, automotive alloy parts, and miniature mold-hole drilling.
