1PC EK60 vacuum pump carbon vane graphite plate sheet, 63 x 35.5 x 4 mm. The vacuum pump carbon vane is a self-lubricating graphite vane with high wear resistance. It is resistant to high temperatures and does not require vacuum pump oil or water as the medium, helping save energy. It is efficient and better suited for high-speed variable vacuum pumps. Suitable for oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps and oil-free vacuum pump carbon vanes. Usage precautions for carbon vanes: 1. Before installation, check that the cavity and rotor slot are clean. 2. When installing the carbon plate, observe the correct orientation and the 45-degree chamfer angle. 3. The carbon plate must be able to move freely by hand in the rotor slot and must not be obstructed. To replace the graphite vane: 1. Before installing or replacing the carbon vane, clean the wall of the air-pump cylinder. 2. Check whether the cylinder wall is worn. Damaged carbon vanes can damage the cylinder wall if they strike it. 3. When installing the carbon vane, make sure the chamfer direction is not reversed. Otherwise, the carbon vane may break easily.
