The SF-1 composite bearing consists of a metal substrate, bronze powder, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Size = inner diameter outer diameter length. The 0.300.50mm modified polyoxymethylene (POM) layer has high wear resistance. The 0.002mm copper/tin electroplated coating can provide excellent corrosion resistance for bearing oil.
