Profile caps 26/50 in RAL colors + trapezoidal sheet metal screws, 4.8 x 20 mm / 4.8 x 60 mm. Aluminum profile caps in trapezoidal profile 26/50 with a raised rib and a foam-rubber layer on the underside, plus galvanized steel trapezoidal sheet metal screws in RAL colors with a drill tip and 14 mm EPDM sealing washer. Our galvanized steel self-drilling screws, with their 14 mm EPDM sealing washer and powder-coated RAL-color finish (12m), are ideally suited for use with the profile caps on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs, sandwich panels, tile-profile roofs, and profiled sheet metal roofs. The RAL colors allow you to coordinate the color of your roof structure. The material is resistant to weather and other external influences. The EPDM sealing washer protects the screw connection from air and moisture and also prevents water from entering the connection point. The advantage of profile caps is that, during installation of the roofing sheet, the forces are distributed over a larger area by the cap, helping to minimize material damage. In addition, the shape is adapted to the corrugated sheet and provides a finished fit. Pre-drilling is not required because the screw has a self-drilling tip.
