Please note: Depending on the size, partial or full thread may be supplied. DIN 7991 countersunk screws made of V2A/A2 stainless steel with a hex socket drive. The screw head is countersunk and is driven using a hex socket. This allows a high tightening torque without damaging the screw head. Countersunk screws can be recessed into the material so that they sit flush with its surface, reducing the risk of injury from sharp edges. Additional attachments can still be fitted. Unlike pan-head screws, countersunk screws disappear completely into the material; if they are also covered with filler, they are no longer visible. The countersunk head also adapts particularly well to a chamfer. Suitable for fastening applications in machinery, metal construction, sanitary and heating systems, and furniture construction.
