Teflon has excellent thermal stability and mechanical wear resistance, electrical insulation properties, resistance to strong acids and alkalis, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, nonflammability, a high oxygen index, low smoke, halogen-free properties, and resistance to aging. This ultra-fine, high-temperature electronic wire has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, chemical stability, and solvent resistance. It is specially designed for high-temperature environments and can provide long-term performance while eliminating safety concerns. High-temperature electronic wire is often used around high-temperature heating devices, such as high-frequency CPUs. It is also used in headphones and other applications where low internal resistance and good signal quality are required.
