A higher hardness value means greater hardness and lower elasticity; please choose according to your requirements. Multiple sizes: This listing offers small sizes with diameters from 16 to 80 mm. Larger sizes with diameters from 85 to 160 mm are also available; please leave a message if needed. Polyurethane retains rubber-like elongation and elasticity even at high hardness. Compared with rubber, it offers higher tensile strength, tear resistance, and load-bearing capacity. At high hardness, its impact and flexural strength are significantly higher than those of plastics. It has excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, oxygen resistance, and ozone resistance, and does not oxidize easily. Its vibration-damping performance allows it to absorb vibrations and replace rubber and springs in mold construction. The material is readily machinable with lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills, allowing it to be formed into a desired shape. Please allow a 0.3 mm measurement deviation.
