3240 FR-4 fiberglass epoxy resin sheet for 3D applications. Water-green epoxy sheet available in 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 mm thicknesses. Product options: 1 pc. in 200 x 200 mm, 300 x 300 mm, 150 x 100 mm, 235 x 235 mm, or 330 x 330 mm. Standard thicknesses: 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, and 4 mm. Please contact the seller if you require a different thickness or dimensions; thicknesses from 50 mm to 150 mm can additionally be customized. The four digits in 3240 indicate the product classification: the first three digits refer to laminated, rolled, and vacuum-impregnated products; the second digit 2 represents an inorganic base laminate; the third digit 4 indicates temperature index class F (155C); and the fourth digit 0 indicates the product type code. Suitable for mechanical, electrical, electronic, and other applications. Also used for machining insulating parts and producing various types of insulating components and device-insulation components.
