Warning: Sharp edges! Sheets are cut with a guillotine shear, and the edges are not deburred. Surface scratches cannot be ruled out. Product photos are for reference; the supplied cut pieces may differ from them. This brass sheet has material number 2.0321 and consists of approximately 6264% copper and about 3437% zinc. The proportion of accompanying components is approximately 0.5%. The brass sheet is excellent to process: it is readily weldable and very suitable for soft and hard soldering. The material also offers very good cold formability and polishability and can be very well electroplated. CuZn37 has good corrosion resistance and is stable in water and various salt solutions. Material 2.0321 is diamagnetic. Brass sheet is used in the manufacture of gutters and downpipes, for covering roof surfaces, in roof drainage production, and in the manufacture of brass vessels. Typical properties of cut brass sheet include excellent durability of more than 200 years, high electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, resistance to hydrochloric acid and alkalis, and use as an alloying addition.
