Warning: sharp edges. Sheets are cut with a guillotine shear, and the edges are not deburred. Scratches on the surface cannot be ruled out. Product photos are for reference; the delivered cut pieces may differ from them. V2A sheets are made from non-rusting austenitic steel containing a high proportion of chromium and nickel and extremely little carbon. The sheets offer good corrosion resistance, and even acids do not affect them. Cut stainless steel sheet is easy to process and has excellent weldability. However, it should be noted that welded stainless steel sheet does not have resistance to intergranular corrosion. 1.4301 V2A stainless steel sheets can be polished and deep-drawn. Due to their relatively high heat resistance of up to 600C and their good properties, they are in high demand in various industrial sectors. Cut-to-size stainless steel sheet is used in construction, the food processing industry, offshore engineering, the automotive industry, and the chemical industry.
